General information and limitations on the use of the website:

This website, www.cabaret-tropicana.com, hereinafter The Site, is for the client's personal and non-commercial use in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below, and as a condition of their use, the client You will warrant to RESLINE that you will not use The Site for any unlawful purpose or any other purpose that is prohibited in the Terms and Conditions. Specifically, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, display, license, create derivative works from, or sell any services, information, or software obtained from The Site.

The client communicates electronically with RESLINE whenever the client visits The Site or sends email through The Site. RESLINE will communicate with the client by announcing the notices on The Site, or by email. The client agrees that all notices, agreements and other information that RESLINE provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

RESLINE may make improvements and/or changes to The Site at any time.

Data register:

RESLINE, in order to guarantee the execution of the reservation and payment for the services offered and published through The Site, will treat personal data confidentially for the sole purpose of the purposes related to the reservation. By completing the ON-LINE Reservation form, the client accepts and authorizes RESLINE to use the personal data provided in order to proceed with the requested reservation. The client is responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the information, so he must carefully review and confirm the content of the information before making the payment.

RESLINE guarantees security in transactions using the latest versions of the SSL security protocol, encrypting communications between the client and our systems, and for handling payments the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode standards, supporting the most advanced security methods. such as the 3DSecure system, redirecting confidential data to secure servers without RESLINE being able to access or store it.


Guarantee:

The client guarantees that he is 18 years of age or older, and has the legal authority to use the Site in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The client agrees to be financially responsible for the use of The Site, as well as for the use of his name and bank card account to pay for the desired services.

Prices:

The prices are presented in the amounts and in the currency that are displayed in each of the services on The Site. Refunds will be made in the same amounts and currency according to the Cancellation Policies.

Purchase:

he client must properly select the desired service before making the payment, since after the payment is made it is subject to the Cancellation Policies. No agreement or contract will be valid between the client and RESLINE for the purchase of a service, unless and until RESLINE accepts and confirms the reservation via email, issuing a single reservation confirmation code.

Payment:

The client will make the payment of the reservation using a bank card of those authorized in The Site. The Site operates with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards. The client must pay the entire reservation for the contracted service. The charge will be in EUROS currency. The total value includes all charges for the reservation. Any charges will be handled directly between the customer and the facility.

Reserve confirmation:

RESLINE through The Site confirms to the customer in real time (on-line) the request for each reservation. RESLINE will send the client two simultaneous emails, the first with the information provided by the client, and the second with the invoice originating from the payment made. The client must show the invoice received at the time of entry to the cabaret.

Entrance to the cabaret:

The time of entrance to the cabaret will be the time marked in the reservation, with sufficient time of arrival and entrance to the cabaret before the start of the show.

Right of Non-Admission:

The cabaret establishes the formal dress standards that the client must meet for admission to the cabaret. Access to the cabaret for minors under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

Customer service and claims:

Any doubt, concern, suggestion or claim regarding the services will be addressed by the administration through the email address that is presented on the Site ( reservas@tropicana.tur.cu ).

Cancellation Policies:

Once the client has paid for their reservation, the following Cancellation Policy will apply:

Cancellation made up to 7 days before the service date will be penalized with 15% of the amount of the purchased offer.

Cancellation made between 7 and 3 days before the service date will be penalized with 25% of the amount of the purchased offer.

Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the service date will be penalized with 70% of the amount of the purchased offer.

NO SHOW: In the case of the client not showing up to the cabaret on the date of the service, 100% of the amount of the purchased offer will be deducted.

To request a cancellation, the client must write to one of the following email addresses: reservas@tropicana.tur.cu from the email address registered in the reservation. In the message, the client must inform the code of the reservation that he wishes to cancel and the reason for the cancellation.

In any case, the client will receive notification of the return made as appropriate.

Variations:

In those cases in which the cabaret show must be moved to the "Arcos de Cristal" room due to weather conditions or other reasons of force majeure and provided that the reserved capacities and the capacities of the "Arcos de Cristal" room allow it, the client will be compensated with a Cuban cocktail that will be served as a courtesy in addition to the drink of the purchased offer. When for justified reasons (fortuitous event or force majeure) it is necessary to suspend the show once the first 30 minutes of the time set for its start have elapsed, the client will be compensated for the total amount of the purchased offer. If the suspension of the show occurs when more than 30 minutes have elapsed from the time set for its start, but less than 60 minutes after it has started, the client will be compensated for 40% of the amount of the purchased offer. If the suspension of the show occurs after 60 minutes of starting, there will be no compensation.

Modification of the Reservation:

The client to modify his reservation must previously request the cancellation and make a new reservation.

Claim and Return for non-compliance with the service:

In case of non-compliance in the service, the client will claim the affectation, and once investigated and verified, 100% of the value paid for the reservation will be returned to the client.

The cabaret offers a portfolio of market products under the Terms and Conditions, and the Cancellation Policies described below, which due to having sufficient publicity, RESLINE considers that they have been expressly accepted by the client when making the payment of a certain service. The Terms and Conditions, and the Cancellation Policies may be modified at any time without prior notification to the client.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment of the service: The client will make the payment of the service using a credit card authorized on the site. The site operates with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards
  • Data Record: The information provided by the client will be transmitted through a secure connection, so the site guarantees the necessary confidentiality. The information will not be stored and will only be used for the execution of the reservation and the payment of the service, which includes special offers and new services. The client is responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the information, so they must carefully review and confirm the content of the information before making the payment.
  • Purchase: The client must properly select the service and the desired modality before making the payment, since after it has been made, it is subject to the Cancellation or Variation Policies.
  • Prices: The prices of the services and their modalities are presented in the amounts and in the currency expressly referred to. Returns will be made in the same amounts and currency, according to the Cancellation or Variation Policies.
  • Customer service and claims: Any doubt, concern, suggestion or claim regarding the services and their modalities, will be attended by the administration of TROPICANA through the corporate email address that is presented on the site, or by telephone communication to the numbers that are credited to it.
  • Limitation of Liability: RESLINE limits its liability in those aspects that correspond to third parties that market their services, according to current contracts.
  • Right of No Admission: entry to Tropicana in shorts, T-shirt or flip-flops is not allowed (dress code) and the collection of products by minors under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
  • The pick-up will be at the Tropicana Cabaret (Rodney or Licorera Restaurant as appropriate) from 1:00 pm and until 4:00 pm. You must present the proof of the reservation (printed or digital) and the identification document of who corresponds to the reservation. For hygienic-sanitary measures, you must bring containers to take the food.
  • Current Legislation: The Terms and Conditions, and the Cancellation Policies are governed by the laws of the European Union regarding consumer protection and data protection, and other rules or regulations that are applicable in the European Union, so that any difficulty or controversy in its interpretation, or that derives from the use of the site, will be followed as established in said rules.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the date of the service will be penalized with 10% of the amount of the purchased offer.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours and the non-presentation for the collection of your purchase, will be penalized with 100% of the amount of the purchased offer.
  • When for justified reasons (fortuitous event or force majeure) it is not possible for the entity to deliver the paid products, compensation for the total value of the Offer will proceed.

To request a cancellation or variation in the reserved and paid service, the client will have two options:

1. If you are a registered user, you can do it through the management of My Reservations.

2. Send the request to reservas@tropicana.tur.cu from the email address registered in the reservation. In the message, the client must inform the code of the reservation that he wishes to cancel and the reason for the cancellation or variation.
